Small candles made for carrying.
Originally made for my own family to take into the bush, Trail Candles are a smaller, lighter beeswax candle for evenings in DOC huts, cabins, tents and wherever the trail takes you.
At approximately 35 grams each, they're small enough to tuck into a pack, while still giving around six hours of candlelight.
Made from 100% New Zealand beeswax with a cotton wick, each candle measures approximately 9.5 cm from base to tip.
Light one for the evening, extinguish it when you're done, and relight it again when you need it.

Because these candles are made by hand and beeswax is a natural material, slight variations in colour, weight and finish are part of each candle.
Candle care: Trim wick before lighting and as needed. Always burn in a suitable, stable candle holder and never leave a burning candle unattended.
